We’re also supporting their new training for early years chefs, the, CACHE Level 2 Diploma in Food Production and Cooking in Early Years. The new qualification is available to learners age 16+ in England, and provides them with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to work collaboratively as a cook in an early years setting and, in accordance with food safety regulations, produce hot and cold food which meets individual nutritional requirements of children.
