For some, it’s health kick, superfood and antioxidants. From fighting cancer to boosting your brain, there’s been a huge buzz about this little blue fruit and all the weird and wonderful things it can do to you.
We’re drowning out the health-claim noise around blueberries and shouting about why we love them. They’re delicious, packed full of vitamin C, are high in fibre – and they can be used in so many versatile recipes. We’ve created a collection of our favourite sweet and savoury blueberry recipes to celebrate our admiration for nature’s sweeties that little taste buds will love.
Whether blueberries live up to the hype or not, these dishes are easy for little fingers to get going in the kitchen and are perfect for the whole family.
