This course draws on our wide-ranging research and our children’s food advisors’ work with many schools across the country. We worked with schools to explore ways to and develop ideas for improving the school dining experience, in a variety of settings. Our researchers looked at what influences the quality of the school dining experience including dining space layout, food service and lunchtime management.
Through step-by-step information, this course aims to help you:
- make improvements to your school meal service at low or no cost
- benefit your customers
- increase take up of meals in your school create an action plan for doing this.
